Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris clashed at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix after the restart.
The Ferrari pilot flew into the fence after contact with a McLaren representative, but was able to get to the pits and continue the fight.
The stewards gave Norris a five-second penalty.
