Washington Wizards guard John Wall will undergo a minor surgery on his left knee on Wednesday, the Washington Post reported. Because of the procedure, Wall will be out of play for 6 to 8 weeks, which means he will certainly not be able to take part in the NBA Star Game on February 18th. The 27-year-old guard was supposed to play on LeBron James, but now he will be picked up by another East European basketball player. Wol is the second LeBron player who has dropped out of the Star Matches for the past week. Due to a torn Achilles tendon, the Demarcus Challenge center, which is out until the end of the season, will also miss the game.
